We are currently building in 2 communities in the Hickory, NC area and have inventory homes ready to move into in the Hickory/Mountain View area of North Carolina.
Our portfolio contains 15 plans at this time and we are constantly updating.
We have completed inventory homes available for immediate purchase. We also have homes under construction or you can pick a lot in one of our communities and we will build one of our plans on it. The prices you see on our website usually include the price of the lot also. The are some lots that have additional premiums due to the fact that they are wooded or are larger than the average lot in that community.
